做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
