做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
