做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
