做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
