做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
