做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
