做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
