做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
