做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
