做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
