做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。
