做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
