做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
