做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
