做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
