做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
