做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
