做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
