做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
