做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
