做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
