做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
