做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
