做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
