做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
