做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
