做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
