做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
