做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
