做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
