做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
