做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
