做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
