做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
