做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
