做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
