做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
