做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
