做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
