做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
