做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
