做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
