做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
