做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
