做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
