做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
