做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
