做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
