做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
