做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
